PDF export fails with pdflatex and LuaTeX

Do you have an entry for "LaTeX (pdflatex) -> PDF (pdflatex)" in Tools > 
Preferences... > File Handling > Converters and, if so, what do the 
"Converter:" and "Extra flag:" boxes say?
