Fwd: Lyx and Happy New Year!

This is what my colleague got in trying to export a pdf file from a 
Koma-script book style:

But we receive the following message when starting lyx with the document 
file:

Document class "KOMA-Script-Book" needs a file that is not available at 
present. The document class can be used but the document can not be 
compiled or printed if "scrbook.cls" is not installed.

What do they miss? They are using windows.
