Large matrices

Hi

Attached is a piece of code to produce an 11 by 11 matrix in round 
brackets. It throws an error on compilation of

"Extra alignment tab has been changed to \cr.

& & & & & & & & & &

You have given more \span or & marks than there were

in the preamble to the \halign or \valign now in progress.

So I'll assume that you meant to type \cr instead."

However a 10 by 10 matrix works fine.

Is this a problem with my set up, which is Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, LyX 
Version 2.3.6?
