The functionality you are looking for requires the 'media9' LaTeX 
package, which is not supported natively right now in LyX.

It is technically possible to add support for it using so-called 
external material, but I did not find any proposed code doing it.

The issue was discussed back in 2013 and Scott posted a working example, 
but it is not available anymore:
