Math Equations Instant Preview Does not Work

LyX does not "instant preview"  the math equations anymore. It did, 
before. I do not know what I did that caused this behavior. I think, LyX 
2.5.1 was able to instant preview the equations, but not sure.

When I enter into an equation editing box, and go out momentarily, the 
instant preview works on that specific equation. When I exit LyX and 
reopen, the same cycle repeats.

I am betting that this is related to either updated permissions of 
Windows 11, updated TexLive, some issues with the LyX cache or smtg 
similar.

I will see if I can fix it by myself, but I want to know if anybody else 
experience a similar issue, and what would be suggested checklist of 
actions on this?
