issue with replace

Hello,

In the attached file, if I do a find and replace on \Delta_{ul}, by
\delta_{ul} (see the png file), lyx does not replace \Delta_{ul}, but
\Delta_{ul}^2 by \delta_{ul} which is a real problem.
