Footer line broken

that cannot worK! you load package fancyhdr _before_
geometry, which sets the page layout. But that is too late
for fancyhdr which uses the layout setting which is valid
_before_ geometry values. The reason why you see the
default textwidth, but not the one of geometry.

Change the order of these packages.
