Displaying PDF image in a Beamer frame

I have a PDF image which I cannot manipulate to fit in a Beamer frame (the
original page is the first attachment, the display of the page in xpdf is
the second attachment.)

I've used many PDF files in Beamer presentations, including this one, but I
cannot find an output size setting that centers it in the display.

Help's needed.
