LyX-3.2.7.1 not finding biber

Rich,

check if biber is found, at the command line like this:
$ which biber 
$ /home/tobias/.local/bin/biber
If it is not installed, install, e. g.
$ tlmgr install biber
If it is installed but not found you have to place it in $PATH:
$ echo $PATH
shows possible folders.
