This is a Qt bug (a bug with the qt style used by windows, for that
matter).

We expect that this will be fixed soon in Qt. In LyX, all you can do is
select a different Qt style (from Tools > Preferences > Look & Feel >
User Interface > User interface style). Fusion seems to be a good
alternative for windows.
