2.4.0 for Debian stable

Please use your influence to make sure Debian's LyX package is also
byte-for-byte suitable for Devuan and has no systemd dependencies.
Nothing in LyX is specific to an init system, but Debian has a habit of
needlessly encumbering some of their packages with systemd dependencies.
