Lyx 2.4.0 producing performing inconsistently on Mac OSX

This one is known, and we do not have yet a solution. A workaround is to 
increase then decrease the zoom level. The previews will be regenerated.

Can you provide a screenshot (not too large, we limit attachment size) 
to show the issue?
