* Open the file MacrosStandard.lyx
* Open the Document Settings dialog
* Go to the "Language" section of the dialog
* In Encoding > Type, select "Unicode (utf8)" rather than "Traditional
(auto-selected)"
Note, though, that if you have other files which include this document,
and these file have traditional encoding, you will now get a warning
with those to the opposite direction.
An alternative fix (which would avoid the latter) would be to set the
Encoding of your master file from "Unicode (utf8)" to "Traditional
(auto-selected)". Or if you want to have both options, store a copy of
the MacrosStandard.lyx file with utf8 encoding under a different name.
