Outline panel can't be stuck on choosen item

I'm informed that the development version fix the bug and will be included in LyX 2.4.0.
I'm very interested in testing 2.4.0 dev version.

Is there any way to using the testing version?

The Outline panel can't be stuck on Figure or other label list. It always jump back to Table of Contents automatically. So it is not convenient to check the Figure list.
