Latex vs. non-latex fonts

Here is a mwe of the problem with Cambria (abstract is not bold).
I seem to have cambria-bold:
 luaotfload-tool -i --find="Cambria Bold"
luaotfload | resolve : Font "Cambria Bold" found!
luaotfload | resolve : Resolved file name
"/usr/share/fonts/msttcore/cambriab.ttf"
