Table: column width set, not all text wrapped in one column

I've a three column table with widths set for each column. The third column
has text too long for the 2.25" column width, but the final word is in the
next row rather than the row with the rest of the text (see attached
mwe.lyx.)

The Embedded Objects help file (Section 2.8.1) confirms that the last word
should be with the rest of the text above it.

What have I missed here?
