LyX 2.4.0 RC4 - bug? Abstract headline is missing

As far as I know, KOMA is independent of LyX. So I don't understand why inserting the label "Abstract" in the LyX *editor* can be seen as overriding KOMA's default settings. 

At least not if the user inserts the command "abstract=on" in the settings.

No, we don't want to override KOMA's default settings, which are well rationalized in the manual.
