How to increase contrast of scrollbar

Hello,

How can I increase the contrast of the scrollbar in LyX?

In the image below the left scroll bar is from Brave and the right from
LyX.  The LyX scroll bar is barely visible against the background.

  LyX Version 2.3.7
  Qt Version (run-time): 5.15.8 on platform xcb
  Qt Version (compile-time): 5.15.7

running on

  Operating System: Kubuntu 23.04
  KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
  KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
  Qt Version: 5.15.8
  Kernel Version: 6.2.0-27-generic (64-bit)
  Graphics Platform: X11
