Easiest to read page size

Obviously the top priority is publishing the book. If later you get a
lot of requests to provide a mobile device sized PDF, please get back
to me and I can help you create a preprocessor and shellscript (or I
guess Powerscript) so your 1 LyX file can be used to print both formats.
