Dutch 'trema' not handled as required in hyphenation

FWIW polyglossia just received this feature for the next release
(probably due early next month):
https://github.com/reutenauer/polyglossia/commit/f737588814a73419dcd8b6c9abac485a4b623adb

This should then hyphenate such words correctly out of the box.
