be set in LyX?
I can't see having done it anywhere in my document.
In Documents> settings > math options
I have set all options on
load automatically except ansmath
and in the preamble I use
\usepackage{libertinus-otf}
\setmonofont[Scale=MatchLowercase,FakeStretch=0.88,Ligatures=ResetAll]{AnonymousPro}
and
% provides caption formatting
%\usepackage[font={it}]{caption}
\setkomafont{captionlabel}{\bfseries}
%\setkomafont{caption}{\footnotesize\itshape}
\setkomafont{caption}{\itshape}
