Installing a new font in TexLive2023

I'm starting to learn the memoir class for my book and want to add the URW
Classico san-serif type family in TeXLive2023. The URW Palatino family is in
/usr/local/texlive/2023/texmf-dist/fonts/vf/urw35vf/palatino/.

Du I unzip urw-classico.zip in that .../vf/directory? And what is the TeX
command to make it visible to TeXLive2023 and LyX?
