Build lyx 2.3.7 on Fedora Linux 37

I have already built 2.3.7 for F37:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/jamatos/lyx-next/

In any case I will update the package in Fedora this week. The package
should be in updates-testing for a week and then it will be available
in the updates repository.
