Translate LyX document to another language

Dear All,

Is there some way of automatically translating a LyX document, say,
from Spanish to English?

I have come across GoogleTranslate4LyX:

However, since an intermediate step involves conversion to HTML files,
I am a bit skeptical about the quality of the result.
