In outline, filter only by branch *name*

I'm not sure. We don't advertise that we query only certain elements in
the outliner, but the listed content. And in branch case, (parts of)
the branch text is included to that.

We could add a feature to only include certain parts in filtering, but
this would be an enhancement.
