Missing computer algebra system

No. I opened the lyx application, then I opened a lyx document. The 
menus appear at the top:
File, Edit, View etc ...
Clicking on Edit opens a submenu.
Undo
Pastes
Paste special
... (as far as)
Text Style
Paragraph Settings
... and nothing else
 From the Help it seems that there must be another entry: Math
that I don't see.

This entry is essential to use Computer Algebra Systems inside lyx.
