Importing multipage table from .csv

Hello.

There is your file without errors. I'm working with git version of Lyx,
so I converted file to 2.3 format.

There is no need to use gnumeric.  

The error is because your table is wider than page. That is indicated by
red dotted vertical lines. You can manually select widtht of every
column in in or cm but I'd recommend to use percentage. There are eight
columns, table needs to be 90% of the text width (maybe that can be
changed, I don't know), so I made two columns 20% text width, two – 5%
and all other – 10% text width (90 in total). You can change percents by
right clicking in whatewer cell – settings, table settings, column
settings – widht, select there custom, write needed percent and select
text width % in dropdown menu. Repeat that for every colum. The sum of
all percents should be 90.

All other changes are from Paul letter.
