Importing multipage table from .csv

I've imported the spreadsheet using Insert -> File -> External materials ->
Spreadsheet. While it doesn't typeset as well as a native LyX table, it's
good enough for govenment work (viewing) so I'll just leave it as is and add
the other spreadsheets as I clean those data.
