Importing multipage table from .csv

I've made changes since I posted that message; there are now only four
columns and I adjusted the width of each so they all fit on a page.

This is new to me so I'm still thinking in terms of importing from the
gnumatic file to a non-floating table to which I can add a caption. I'll
continue playing with it.
