Murat,

Yes, I recognized that the issue is with the bibliography, but I looked in
the wrong place: jabref.bib.

What I neglected to check was the bibliography settings. This document was
still set on Natbib (Bibtex) and I switched to Biblatex a while ago.
Changing that in Settings solved the problem.
