Maketitle and latex command completion in lyx.

Hi lyx team,

I'm new to lyx. On Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS, I compiled the git master
version of lyx as follows:

git clone git://git.lyx.org/lyx.git git.lyx.org/lyx.git
sudo apt -y build-dep lyx

./autogen.sh
./configure
make -j44
sudo make install

I've installed texlive/2021 as follows:

werner at X10DAi-00:~$ which latex
/opt/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux/latex
werner at X10DAi-00:~$ which pdflatex
/opt/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux/pdflatex
werner at X10DAi-00:~$ which xelatex
/opt/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux/xelatex
werner at X10DAi-00:~$ which lualatex
/opt/texlive/2021/bin/x86_64-linux/lualatex

And I enabled the input completion of lyx as shown in the attached
file. Now, I still can't figure out the following questions:

1. How can I input/generate/create a title from scratch?
2. Why can't the inline LaTeX commands be completed automatically, as
shown in the attached file?
