LyX and Harvard Cite Them Right?

Solved!  For the archives, I downloaded
https://github.com/deltodon/biblatex-harvard, copied the bbx and cbx
files to the same directory as the document, and then set LyX citation
and bibilography to Harward (Looks like a deliberate typo).
