Syncing skim with LyX

Use Cmd-Shift-Click to mark the text fragment around the clicked word in LyX. The LyX wiki mentions the arguments for the Skim part with osascript. This is required with LyX 2.3 to get the LyX window frontmost at the same time. The lyxeditor script is part of the application bundle LyX on mac.
