Theorems (AMS) modules might be obsolete by thmtools

Hello Everybody,

LyX provides with the "Theorem (AMS)" module convenient layouts to
theorem-like environments relying on the amsthm backend.

In the past few years, the thmtools package was developed to provide more
features (such as the \listoftheorems command) and more ease of use.

It is true that the amsthm is more robust than thmtools, but since the
"Theorem (AMS)" modules only using simple functionality from the package, i
can't think  of a situation where we might see a conflict if the modules
were implemented with thmtools instead of amsthm. The only real drawback I
can think of is that a user might not have installed the thmtools package,
but it can be easily fixed.

I have provided an example of an alternative to the "Theorems (Numbered by
Type within Sections)" module implemented with the thmtools, which presents
the List Of Theorems feature as well.
