how do I configure the start of my lyx?
Klicking on a lyx file in a directory says

Unable to determine the system directory having searched
	/usr/local/share/lyx/
Use the '-sysdir' command line parameter or set the environment variable
LYX_DIR_24x to the LyX system directory containing the file `chkconfig.ltx'.


wolfgang at Fuji:/usr$ chkconfig

wolfgang at Fuji:/usr$ sudo chkconfig
[sudo] Passwort für wolfgang:
sudo: chkconfig: Befehl nicht gefunden
wolfgang at Fuji:/usr$

my lyx240 is in
/usr/local/share
and there is also chkconfig.ltx

I am on Debian and use lyx2.4.0dev
