END-OF-FRAME, once again..

That comibiantion does not work on the Mac and so I use the Pulldown

	Insert --> Separated Frame Below

after placing the cursor at the end of the last line.

And of course you can always tie that to a simple(r) keystroke
combination but I could not be bothered.
