Scott,
I don't recall the exact keystrokes, but if the cursor is at the end of the
last line in a frame and one presses (IIRC), shift-ctrl-enter, then an
end-of-frame and new frame below that magically appears. That does the job,
but takes two hands and a couple of fingers. :-)
