END-OF-FRAME, once again..

Thanks for the speedy response, but, alas, neither approach solved my
problem. Paul's suggestion ignored the fact that (at least on MY lyx,
v. 2.3.2) there is no Insert > Frame separator Below (as I lamented in
my OP). I vaguely remember seeing, and even using, that magical
Separator, but it has now vanished. Rich's approach merged the moved
frame with the one near its new home, but-- since there is no obvious
(or known to me) way to insert a separator, their union is NOT what I
was looking for. I am (almost) back to the infamous Square One.
