Page numbers not showing in place

Hello.

First of all, you should delete (or comment out) all the stuff about
pagestyle from preamble and document itself. Then set pagestyle to fancy
and after that you should inseart headers and footers to make  this
pagestyle work. How to do that, you can see in the UserGuide (it is
available from the Help menu), in 6.12 section.
