ERT expression for dimensions of boxes, images etc.

With Insert > Graphics, you can click on the "LaTeX and LyX options" tab 
and insert ERT in the "LaTeX options:" box. For instance, I entered 
"width=\linewidth+\marginparsep+\marginparwidth" for an image and the 
test document compiled with what I think was the intended graphic size.

Unfortunately, I don't see any way to insert ERT in the standard box 
creation dialog.
