Command to put string in both the LyX authoring environment and the finished PDF?

Steve, does adding

Decoration  minimalistic

after CharStyle CharTitleInBody help? Or

Decoration  classic

if you prefer? Your current style uses the CharStyle default decoration  
called conglomerate.
