! LaTeX Error: Command \footref already defined

Has somebody bumped into this error:

! LaTeX Error: Command \footref already defined.,
                Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual.

It has probably to do with the preamble in my lyx document (Koma script 
book), but I can't find the culprit

It occurs still in a document which I have stripped to one single 
reference and the BibLaTeX generated Bibliography, nothing else
