The JabRef contains two folders,
bin
and lib

in bin is JabRef
in lib is a folder runtime
   which contains lib, conf, bin, legal as folders

where is JabRef.cfg ? >
find -iname 'JabRef.cfg'
./lib/app/JabRef.cfg

why is it not found?
