You are loading Libertinus twice. At the end of the preamble I see:

\usepackage[serif]{libertinus}
...

This works only for pdflatex and not lualatex. Delete this line and the 
following ones.

And the \aa must be typeset with a preceeding Ctrl-L for TeXcode
