say?

If it says

	anonymouspro: Use AnonymousPro fonts with LaTeX

you need to install it. If it says (has an 'i' for 'installed')

	i anonymouspro: Use AnonymousPro fonts with LaTeX

we need to look further, but your enclosed file works in LyX 2.3.4.2 on
Mac BasicTex with

	 i anonymouspro: Use AnonymousPro fonts with LaTeX
	 i libertinus: Wrapper to use the correct libertinus package according to the used TeX engine
	 i libertinus-fonts: The Libertinus font family
	 i libertinus-otf: Support for Libertinus OpenType
	 i libertinus-type1: Support for using Libertinus fonts with LaTeX/pdfLaTeX
