Same figure entered twice [FIXED]

Daniel,

I discovered out how I entered the same figure twice: I had entered it last
week when I wrote the document. This afternoon I decided to add more to the
document and, not seeing the figure in the PDF because I focused on the end,
I entered it again.

Removing the second figure float solved the problem. As if I needed a
reminder not to jump from one project directly into another project without
taking a head-clearing break. Sigh.
