Yes, that is the problem. :-)

The issue is that to call inkscape from the command line the right way would 
be:

flatpack run org.inkscape.Inkscape

while we simply test

inkscape


FWIW the same happens for other flatpack packages. At moment we do not test 
for flatpacks.
