Untranslated massage

The following string

remains untranslated in the UI.

In addition, I get a shortcut conflict

Menu warning: menu entries "Colonnes/lignes|o" and "Move Paragraph Up|o" share 
the same shortcut.

where the character markup is "o" instaed of "h".

Any clue ?
