Missing examples file for tutorial on MacOS 12.3.1 (Monterey).

Hi Clive

You are right that the direct link is no longer in the LyX interface but you 
will find the file at /usr/share/lyx/examples/example_raw.lyx.

>From the interface select New from Template and then adjust the folder to /
usr/share/lyx/examples/ rather than /templates/
