It depends how exactly it is done. If the icon for save/menu does not look disabled
after save, I will tend to press it just "for sure". This gives the file new
timestamp and will sooner or later trigger synchronization machinery, because
I have most of my work files changes shared across different computers.
Sooner or later I will enconter some 'merge' conflict because of this change.
Not too often and in solvable way, but still pain in the ass...
